Privacy Policy

• Account data: email, username, hashed password (or Google account ID if you signed in with Google), date of birth, avatar
• Gameplay data: hands played, chips balance, wins, achievements, table history
• Payment data: only via Stripe; we store transaction records (amount, timestamp, status) but never card numbers
• Technical: IP address, browser type, approximate location (country/region for compliance), device information

• To run the App and manage your account
• To process purchases (via Stripe)
• To detect fraud, cheating, and abuse of promotions
• To comply with age and jurisdictional restrictions
• To improve the App via aggregated, anonymized analytics

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Anthropic (GTO Coach AI — anonymized game context, no personal identifiers)
• Google (only if you use Google Sign-In)
• Authorities when legally compelled

You can:

• Access — export your data at /settings or via POST /api/users/me/export
• Delete — permanently delete your account via POST /api/users/me/delete
• Correct — update profile info in-App or by contacting us
• Opt out of sale — we don't sell data, so nothing to opt out of

We use only essential cookies for authentication (session token). No advertising or tracking cookies.

Account data is retained while your account is active plus 30 days after deletion (to prevent abuse cycles). Payment records are retained for 7 years for tax and regulatory compliance.

The App is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
